A black car service to LaGuardia is a private, pre-booked ride to Queens’ airport, with a licensed driver and a vehicle booked for your party alone. LaGuardia has three terminals, A, B, and C, and no Terminal D. JetBlack is a chauffeured service only and does not offer self-drive rentals.
What it costs
JetBlack hourly rates, published and quoted before tolls, tip, and governmental fees: economy sedan $45 per hour with a three-hour minimum, standard Sprinter $130 per hour, and stretch limousine $144 per hour with a four-hour minimum. Larger buses and the super-luxury Sprinter are priced by written quote. A 20 percent tip is recommended and is not included. Cancellation is $31 total: a $25 fee plus $5 in fees plus a $1 technology fee, and cancellation is free before confirmation.
For comparison, taxis from LaGuardia are metered, not flat-rate: expect the meter plus tolls, surcharges, and tip. The JFK to Manhattan taxi flat fare of $70 plus additions, $76.75 before tip, does not apply to LaGuardia trips. The published JetBlack economy route fare from JFK to Manhattan is $65, quoted before tolls, tip, and governmental fees, and LaGuardia trips are quoted by the same hourly or per-trip basis, so ask for the total in writing before you book.
Getting to LaGuardia without a car
The budget route is the Q70-SBS bus to the subway: the subway fare is $3.00 since January 2026. The M60-SBS bus also serves LaGuardia and suits uptown destinations. Allow extra time at peak hours: LaGuardia to Midtown Manhattan typically takes 20 to 40 minutes by car in light traffic and longer when the highways back up, and the airport’s roadways can jam around flight banks.
Tell your driver the terminal, A, B, or C, when you book. Terminal B and Terminal C handle most flights, and Terminal A, the Marine Air Terminal, handles a smaller set of carriers. A wrong terminal at LaGuardia is a long walk or a shuttle ride you did not plan for.
How booking works
Book the whole vehicle, not a seat. Give the dispatcher the terminal, the flight number, and the number of bags, and JetBlack flight tracking adjusts for delays. The default pickup is express curbside, with meet-and-greet inside the terminal as an extra. JetBlack dispatch runs 24/7 with no surge pricing.
What to confirm before booking
- The rate, the minimum hours, and whether tolls, tip, and governmental fees are extra. JetBlack rates are quoted before tolls, tip, and governmental fees, and a 20 percent tip is recommended.
- The pickup plan: curbside by default, or meet-and-greet inside the terminal for an extra fee.
- The cancellation terms. JetBlack cancellation is $31 total: a $25 fee plus $5 in fees plus a $1 technology fee, and cancellation is free before confirmation.
Child seats are available for about $35 per seat, confirmed at booking. JetBlack does not offer free child seats. Flight tracking is included, so your driver adjusts for delays. The default pickup is express curbside; meet-and-greet service at the terminal is an extra.
