Price Quote Questions
How long does it take to get a price quote?
Under a minute online. Enter your pickup, drop-off, date, and passengers, and the system shows your vehicle options with the full fixed price for each. Prefer to talk it through? Dispatch is open 24/7 at +1-646-214-4828.
Is the quoted price the final price?
Yes. Your quote is a fixed price and JetBlack never adds surge pricing. Gratuity is not included in the quote — 20% is suggested for your chauffeur — and optional extras such as meet & greet are only added if you choose them.
How do cancellations work?
Cancellation is free before your booking is confirmed. If you cancel after confirmation, a $31 fee applies in total ($25 + $5 + $1).
Do you track my flight?
Yes — we track your flight and dispatch based on its actual arrival, and free waiting time by vehicle type plus the delay pickup option (up to 1 hour) can give you up to 2 hours of free waiting after actual arrival. If your airline or flight details change, tell us as soon as you can: flight changes are the client’s responsibility to communicate.
What pickup should I expect at the airport?
The standard pickup is express curbside — your chauffeur meets you outside the terminal. Meet & greet inside the terminal with a name sign is available as an extra; a greeter meets you, or your driver himself if no greeter is available.
