Exceeded all expectations !
Professional, courteous & accommodating - my recent trip to New York had started with a 3 hr delay and I was worried that the transport I had booked would no longer be available on my arrival. Gurmeet was patiently waiting for me and kindly guided me to the pick up point. The car was luxurious and comfortable which was an advantage as we found ourselves in late rush hour trying to navigate into the city. The following day, I required a change in my schedule & Anna the dispatcher was so pleasant and helpful in managing the last minute change to my pick up location. The change fee was nominal and the ride back to airport [ again with Gurmeet] was relaxing. I would highly recommend the service as an excellent value with a concierge-level experience.

Transporting Clients
I got Jet Black's name from a Google search and used them for the first time to transport clients to and from our facility. They were picked up on time at their hotel in NYC with no issues. The driver was at out facility 15 minutes prior to pick up time again with no issues. The email communications were very helpful to know exactly what was going on. I can not comment on what it is like to be a passenger but the service was easy to use from a corporate standpoint.

Mom and daughter trip to New York
My daughter and I were in New York the 1st week in April. We actually had round trip from the airport to our hotel and from hotel to airport when we left. The service was great our driver met us in the airport when we arrived he was on time waiting for us at baggage claim. He was very professional and personable. The driver that took us back to airport was as well was very professional and helpful with our luggage. He dropped us off right in front of our terminal. I will definitely use this service again if I make it back to New York.

Round trip to 2 different airports
Picked up our family of six at Newark airport and returned us 4 days later to Teterboro airport. I was nervous about booking an unkown company in NYC but it was TERRIFIC service. Both drivers kept in constant communication with us, were friendly, professional and on time. The SUV was comfortable and clean. We were impressed with the service and will definitely recommend them to friends when they are in NYC. I particularly like that Jet Black provided the drivers' phone numbers so we never felt 'on our own'. Thank you Xinwei and Ahmed, the drivers. Rates were very reasonable for NYC.

Superb Car Service
Jet black was great to deal with. They were quick to confirm after I booked them. On the day we were travelling they called to double check information before we got there. The chauffeur Jonathan was fantastic. He texted to let us know when he was on his way and promptly picked us up, there was hardly any waiting even though we were earlier than we thought we would be. The vehicle was very luxurious and super clean, it was a treat to ride in. I had no trouble getting my rides, and both drivers were great. I used this company round trip (from the airport to the hotel and vice versa). Everything was already paid for, and tip added into the charges, so I didn't have to worry about tipping the drivers.

A very good experience
Had this trip booked for pickup at hotel to go to EWR to make sure we have room for 6 people and 6 pieces of luggage. Our flight got canceled and had to rebook for next day out of different airport. They were accommodating. The driver, Ahmed, was great. He arrived 20 minutes early and waited patiently for us and the Cadillac Escalade was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Very good communication and a great stretch limo transfer
We decided to arrange a surprise for our kids on our arrival at Newark with a stretch limo transfer to our accommodation in West New York. I had various questions beforehand that were answered fully and quickly. On arrival my UK cell phone would not work but a couple of calls to the office quickly relayed our pickup location to our driver, who was with us very quickly thereafter. The transfer itself was very smooth, although fortunately I was concentrating and realised the driver was heading to the wrong address. He quickly realised the mistake and it didn’t take any longer in the end. The kids loved their surprise and I’ll be using JetBlack for our return transfer in a few weeks. Highly recommend.

Confirmation Number: 21373 My wife and I arrived on time to JFK and our driver Amandeep was right on time waiting. I debated to do a taxi as it may have been a little cheaper, however heading into NYC in bumper to bumper traffic would have cost me way more with a taxi. The car was clean, comfortable and the driver could not be nicer. I will definitely use their service again.

Smooth Ride
I booked a ride (conf #19405) from JFK to NJ for my employer twice (once in February and once last weekend). On both occasions, he related that the ride was stellar. He appreciated the cleanliness of the car, the punctuality and overall professionalism of the driver. On the last occasion, I had to add a passenger at the last minute and the process was seamless. The process was very easy. My only advice is to book a week in advance if you can as I am sure that contributes to the smoothness of the process. We will use the service again.
NYC Experience
Outstanding. I was skeptical in the beginning because I had never been to NYC, nor did I know anything about this private car service. I was quite reluctant, but I booked out trips . The company called me a few days before the trip to make sure I was still coming. The also called the night before we left to confirm my roundtrip back from NYC. Tarek was our driver, he was the best. I actually recommended that they give us the same driver for our return trip back to the airport. Tarek was very informative since it was our first time in NYC. He gave us tips and suggestions about a lot of things to do while in NYC. The company was very professional . I will use again when we return and I will request the same driver. Great Experience
I was very hesitant to book this company as I saw some pretty bad reviews. I'm not sure what happened in those cases but the two rides my husband and I had from the LGA to Times Square and back were fantastic. The ride from the airport was in a much nicer SUV while the return trip was in a small, older, less clean sedan but it wasn't a huge deal. Both drivers were very friendly and courteous. Their phone numbers were emailed to me prior to pick up and I was able to call/text them very easily. I will definitely book again!
