General Terms
By accessing JetBlack’s website, mobile applications, or requesting any transportation service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these General Terms, together with all policies referenced here (collectively, the “Terms”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and JetBlack and apply to every inquiry, quotation, reservation, and ride.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform or our Services.
1. Definitions
For clarity, the following terms have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply across all JetBlack policies unless a specific policy states otherwise.
- “Platform”: Any website, web form, mobile site, mobile application, or digital tool operated by or on behalf of JetBlack that allows you to browse, request, book, or manage transportation services.
- “Rider,” “Passenger,” “Client,” “you”: Any individual or legal entity that accesses the Platform, requests a quote, makes a reservation, or uses any part of the Services, including any person traveling under a reservation made by someone else.
- “Driver,” “Chauffeur”: Any qualified, vetted, and authorized person engaged by or on behalf of JetBlack to operate a Vehicle and provide the ground transportation Services.
- “Services”: All pre‑arranged ground transportation, including but not limited to airport transfers, point‑to‑point trips, hourly rides, event and group transportation, and corporate travel solutions offered by JetBlack.
- “Vehicle”: Any sedan, SUV, van, limousine, minibus, coach, or other motor vehicle that is dispatched to provide the Services.
- “Reservation,” “Booking”: Any request for Services that has been accepted and confirmed through the Platform, by email, by phone, or through an authorized partner. A quote or estimate alone does not constitute a confirmed Reservation.
- “Primary Contact”: The person or entity listed as the main contact for a Reservation, responsible for providing accurate information and a valid payment method.
- “No‑show”: A situation where a Vehicle and Driver arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time, the complimentary waiting period expires, and the Rider fails to appear and/or cannot be contacted using the details provided with the Reservation.
- “Policies”: All additional rules, guidelines, and documents published by JetBlack that supplement these General Terms, including Booking & Pricing, Cancellation, Passenger Conduct, Privacy, Data Use, and Cookies policies.
2. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
2.1 Binding Agreement
By using the Platform or Services in any way—including browsing, submitting a form, requesting a quote, creating a user profile, or confirming a Reservation—you enter into a binding agreement with JetBlack on the basis of these General Terms and all applicable Policies.
2.2 Scope of Application
These General Terms apply to:
- All visits to the Platform.
- All communications with JetBlack related to transportation services.
- All Reservations and rides, whether booked directly with JetBlack or through an authorized partner.
Specific Policies (such as Booking & Pricing or Cancellation) may contain additional conditions that apply to particular service types or situations. Where there is a conflict, the more specific Policy for that service type will generally apply, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.3 Acceptance on Behalf of Others
If you make a Reservation on behalf of another person or a group (for example, as a travel arranger, corporate booker, or family member):
- You represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all passengers are aware of and comply with these Terms and applicable Policies.
JetBlack may rely on your acceptance as binding for all Riders traveling under your Reservation.
3. Eligibility to Use the Service
3.1 Age and Legal Capacity
To create a Reservation or provide a payment method through the Platform, you must:
- Be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (for example, 18 years or older in many locations).
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Minors may travel as passengers, but an adult with legal capacity must be the one forming the contract and accepting these Terms.
3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions
Use of the Platform or Services may not be lawful in certain jurisdictions. By using the Platform, you confirm that:
- You are acting in compliance with all local, state, national, and international laws that apply to you.
- You are not prohibited by any law or regulation from using transportation services or online booking services.
JetBlack may restrict or refuse access to the Platform or Services in any jurisdiction where it considers such use inappropriate or unlawful.
3.3 Accuracy of Information
As a condition of using the Services, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when making a Reservation or creating any account.
- Update such information promptly if it changes, including contact details, pickup times, flight information, or special requirements.
JetBlack is entitled to rely on the information you provide. You are responsible for any costs or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information (for example, missed pickups due to incorrect flight numbers or phone numbers).
3.4 Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Platform or Services:
- For any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
- To harass, threaten, or endanger Drivers, staff, or other passengers.
- To interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the Platform (for example, attempts at hacking, scraping at scale, or unauthorized data access).
Where prohibited use is detected or suspected, JetBlack may, at its discretion, cancel Reservations, restrict access, or notify the relevant authorities where required by law.
4. Changes to Terms and Updates
4.1 Right to Modify
JetBlack may update, revise, or replace these General Terms and any associated Policies from time to time. Reasons for change may include:
- Legal or regulatory updates.
- Operational changes (such as new services, service areas, or features).
- Security improvements or clarification of existing language.
4.2 How Updates Are Communicated
Changes will generally become effective once:
- The updated version is posted on the Platform; and/or
- You are notified in another reasonable way (for example, via email, notice on the website, or in‑app message), where required or appropriate.
Where a change is material and local law requires explicit acceptance, JetBlack may request that you actively accept the updated Terms before further use of certain parts of the Platform or Services.
4.3 Effect of Continued Use
Your continued access to or use of the Platform or Services after the effective date of any updated Terms or Policies will constitute your acceptance of the updated documents. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform and Services and, where applicable, cancel upcoming Reservations in line with the then‑current Cancellation Policy.
4.4 Versioning and Date of Last Revision
The General Terms page should display:
- The date of the most recent revision; and
- Where relevant, a brief summary of significant changes or a link to a change log.
This allows you to understand which version applies to your use of the Platform and when any changes took effect.
5. Relationship to Other Policies and Documents

5.2 In Case of Inconsistency
If there is any inconsistency between:

- A translated version of the Terms and the English version,
the more specific Policy or the English version (as applicable) will normally prevail, except where local law requires otherwise.
